Just met with the trainer dude. Butt is officially kicked today. 10 minutes on this thing that looked like an eliptical trainer, but wasn't. Then 23 on the treadmill. Ouch, mutha.... This is my choice, right? Healthy is good.

  2. Healthy is good, but i sometimes think they start people out too fast. Hope you can walk tomorrow. i also hope you can keep this up, 'cause you'll feel better in the long run.

  6. Does running through the grocery store count? You go Duckie. You can do this and you will start feeling so good once you get into the groove. And you'll have a lot more energy too. Maybe enough to be able to cook those healthy meals every night!

  7. I would love to have time to cook all those meals every night... not to mention the energy. It's hard to do (both motivationally, and physically) when you live alone and don't often get home until 8 at night...

  10. Yeah, you sign up for voluntary torture and then wonder ... why did I do this again??? But then, the results start showing and you start looking hot and feeling great and then ... it's not so bad. GOOD for YOU!!!

  11. i just got back from the gym...30 minutes on the treadmill...10 on elliptical and 20 on that yucky ab cruncher...but there is one...i dont know what its called...but you push it with your feet and the trainer adjusts the weight accordingly...my feet actually feel good after using that...and then you shift your feet lower and push using your calf muscles...that i find really relaxing....

  12. good for you, following through with trainer dude! I keep thinking about that joke that circulates about how the woman is so excited her first day with the handsome trainer and by the end of the week she's ready to destroy the beast. LOL No pain no gain they say (most days I want to shoot those who said that lol)
